Calcined Cristobalite Powder

    Calcined cristobalite powder is produced from carefully selected natural Donghai quartz ore through a special high-temperature calcination process at around 1500°C, resulting in a unique cristobalite raw material. It undergoes pollution-free grinding, magnetic separation, and classification, ensuring stable properties and a high cristobalite conversion rate. It contains over 99.8% silicon, with a tetragonal crystal system, a Mohs hardness of approximately 6.5, a density of 2.45, large specific surface area, high porosity, excellent weather resistance, anti-settling properties, and good thermal shock resistance.

Cristobalite powder is mainly used in: casting, enamel glazes, coatings, rubber and plastic fillers, abrasives, cables, etc.
